* WHAT...Visibility one half mile or less at times in dense fog.
* WHERE...Portions of west central Iowa, northeast Nebraska, and
central, east central, south central, and southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Watch for slick spots on untreated roads where temperatures are
below freezing.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
